Pictures: Yellow-Eyed Penguins and Sea Lions

All these pictures were taken at Sandfly Beach on the Otago Peninsula (no sandflies!).

A yellow-eyed penguin makes his way up the beach....
...and up into the hills
Another penguin lurks in the bushes just under our duck blind
A sea lion arrives at the beach, walks up....
...and takes a nap.
Her husband shows up too
They chat for a while like any married couple
As we leave the beach, another big bull surfs ashore to stare menacingly at us. "Go away please," he says.
When we move along, he relaxes and heads back out to sea
